Supreme Bot's verification panel asks a new member to click a button (Free) or solve a short math captcha (Premium) before they get the verified role. On Premium you can also require a minimum Discord account age, and ticket panels can be locked behind the verified role so unverified accounts cannot open tickets. Repeated failures are rate-limited, attempts are kept for 90 days and then deleted, and no IP addresses are collected — Discord interactions do not carry any.

No IP addresses are collected: the bot only receives Discord interactions, which do not carry them. It stores the user id, the panel, the outcome and a timestamp for 90 days, then deletes them automatically.
Premium panels can require a minimum account age in days. The bot compares the Discord account creation date with your threshold when the member clicks; accounts that are too new are told the minimum age required.
