Yes. Subscribers on the White-label tier (€19.99/month or €199/year per server) or an Agency plan can provide their own Discord bot token through the dashboard. This allows servers to use their own branded bot with a custom name and avatar — called a white-label bot. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being stored and are never exposed back to users.
Visit the Supreme Bot dashboard at supreme.carbonstealth.eu, log in with your Discord account, then click the invite link to add the bot to any Discord server where you have Manage Server permission. The bot registers slash commands automatically and is ready to use in under 60 seconds.
Premium servers can enable AI auto-replies, which use AI (currently Google Gemini Flash) to generate a friendly initial response when a new support ticket is created. The AI response includes a prominent disclosure per EU AI Act Article 50 informing the user that they are interacting with an AI. Server owners can provide their own system prompt to control the AI's tone and behavior. The feature is opt-in and can be disabled per panel.
Supreme Bot infrastructure is hosted in the European Union with data residency in Germany (Hetzner) and operational headquarters in Bulgaria. This guarantees GDPR compliance and EU data sovereignty for all customer data.
When a ticket is closed, the full conversation is archived as HTML and remains accessible via a private link. Premium retains transcripts indefinitely; the Free tier keeps them for 30 days after a ticket is closed. In both cases the transcript survives Discord channel deletion, server reset, and bot removal.
